Carleton’s Co-operative Education Program is an excellent way for students to get a head start on building their career. Through co-op, students develop key employability skills, create a network of industry professionals, and gain valuable, degree-related work experience while earning money to help reduce student debt.

Co-operative Education combines traditional, in-class education with hands-on experience. Co-op students alternate study terms at Carleton with four, eight, 12 or 16 month work terms.
