Interim President and Vice-Chancellor Jerry Tomberlin invites you to attend a special Carleton community event to celebrate the victories of Ravens women’s basketball and Nordic skiing teams.
The women’s basketball team’s thrilling 70-67 victory over the Saskatchewan Huskies earned them their second consecutive U SPORTS title and third championship win in just six years. With this latest title coming home to the Nest, the Carleton Ravens’ legacy of basketball excellence has grown to a jaw-dropping 20 national championship wins in the last 20 years.
The women’s Nordic skiing team captured the program’s second CCUNC Championship at this week’s Nordiq Canada Championships. A dynasty in its own right, the team has won seven of the last eight OUA Women’s Championships.
