Mental Health and Wellness Resources

If you are feeling anxious, stressed or overwhelmed, there is always someone you can talk to.

If you are in need of mental health support, Carleton offers counselling appointments. Visit the Counselling Services webpage for details on booking appointments.

Carleton students have access to a range of mental health and wellness resources at all times.

The Wellness Services Navigator provides personalized and curated mental health and wellness resources anonymously. The Navigator and the Mental Health and Wellness website are great first stops if you’re seeking some support.
