OC Transpo Refunds for U-Pass Issues

If you experienced issues using your U-Pass on OC Transpo between Sunday, September 1 and Friday, September 20, 2024, and were required to pay a fare, you can request a refund from OC Transpo.

Please note cash fares paid on buses are not eligible for a refund.

The issue with OC Transpo’s fare readers has now been resolved.

OC Transpo apologizes for the inconvenience and thanks students for their patience.

If you are still experiencing issues with your U-Pass, visit the Campus Card Office.
