Snowfall Warning for Wednesday, January 25 and Thursday, January 26

Environment Canada has issued a snowfall warning for Ottawa for snow beginning late afternoon Wednesday, January 25, 2023 into Thursday, January 26, 2023 late morning. Snowfall accumulations of  15 cm are expected. Higher accumulations, up to 20 cm, are possible although should remain south of Ottawa. Hazards include reduced visibility in heavy snow, and rapidly accumulating snow will make travel difficult.

Students, faculty and staff are encouraged to continue to monitor the Current Students weather page and @MyCarletonU on Twitter for updates.

The university remains open. Operations will run as scheduled.

Please exercise caution when traveling to and commuting on campus.
