Summary
The Carleton University Umbrella Project is our campus substance use health strategy which aims to reduce stigma and promote safer substance use through education, outreach and support. CU Umbrella Project seeks to create a safer space for discussion about substance use health and support those seeking to achieve their individual wellness goals.
