The holiday season is here, and with it comes the hustle and bustle of exams, projects and all the pressures of year-end responsibilities. This time can be stressful, so Health and Counselling Services wants to offer a moment of relaxation and creativity. Attend this event for an hour of crafting, hot chocolate, snacks and connection.
Whether you’re a seasoned beader or a colouring beginner, this is a chance to take a break, unwind and explore your creativity in a laid-back, no-pressure environment.
What to Expect:
- Crafting fun: beading, colouring, or any craft you enjoy. Supplies will be available, but feel free to bring your own project if you prefer.
- Hot chocolate and snacks: cozy up with a warm cup of hot chocolate and enjoy some delicious snacks while you craft.
- Connection and community: meet other students, share stories and take a well-deserved break from the stress of exams and deadlines.
Why You Should Join:
- Recharge your energy: taking a break from your routine is essential to maintaining your well-being. Crafting and connecting with others can help reduce stress and refresh your mind.
- No experience necessary: whether you’re an experienced crafter or just looking to try something new, this hour is all about having fun and being creative.
- Make new connections: the best part? You get to meet others who are in the same boat—facing the stress of finals and deadlines. It’s a great chance to support each other.
- Come for the crafts, stay for the community. Take a moment to nourish yourself and recharge before the final push of the term.
The team can’t wait to see you there!
