Vanier Sugar Shack/Cabane à Sucre Visit

Have you tasted maple syrup yet? Did you know late February and early March is the time when maple syrup is produced?

Join the International Student Services Office (ISSO) for a tasty visit to Ottawa’s urban sugar shack at the Vanier Museopark. Participants will have the opportunity to taste a traditional maple syrup menu, to have a guided tour of a sugar bush, and to learn about the history of Ottawa’s francophone community. Students will meet at the ISSO at noon and travel as group by OC Transpo to the Vanier Museopark. Spots are limited, so please register as soon as possible!

Please note: there is a cover charge of $5 for students. Students are responsible for paying for their own meal should they decide to eat at the venue. There are three menu options to choose from, priced at $18, $26, and $36.
