Influenza and COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic

Carleton Health Services is offering influenza and COVID-19 vaccination clinics in the Carleton Technology and Training Center Suite 4400. The clinic is open to Carleton students, staff, faculty and contract staff.

Appointments are available to book using the Collaborative Health Record (CHR) Connect app or the CHR Connect website.

Please select the presenting issue of “COVID Vaccine,” “Flu Vaccine” or “COVID and Flu Vaccine.”

You are eligible for the COVID vaccine if it has been at least six months since your last COVID vaccine or COVID infection.

You must complete your consent forms in the health questionnaire sent to you at time of booking.

Please note: vaccination appointments are also available at community clinics and local pharmacies regardless of citizenship or immigration status, even if you do not have an Ontario health card.
