Finding Strength from the Land: Grounding and Traditional Teachings

This event is reserved for Indigenous students.

The Centre for Indigenous Support and Community Engagement (CISCE) will host a cultural grandmother to share teachings on how to connect to the land for grounding and strength, followed by a birch bark craft and light refreshments.
