Environment Canada has issued a winter weather travel advisory for Ottawa for snow beginning the afternoon of Monday, February 3, 2025.
Total snowfall accumulations of 5 to 10 cm with higher amounts possible. Reduced visibility in heavy snow. There is a risk of freezing drizzle this morning before the snow begins. Travel may be hazardous due to sudden changes in the weather. Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots may become difficult to navigate due to accumulating snow.
Students, faculty and staff are encouraged to continue to monitor the Current Students weather page for updates.
The university remains open and operations are running as scheduled.
Please exercise caution when traveling to and commuting on campus.
