If you have a U-Pass and use Para Transpo services, you must contact OC Transpo to link your U-Pass to your Para Transpo account.
Please call 613-560-5000 to complete your Para Transpo setup, you will require:
- Your Para Transpo ID number
- Your student number (U-Pass number)
- Proof of enrolment (student account statement)
OC Transpo’s Customer Service team is aware of this process and ready to assist you in setting up your Para Transpo service. All students who use Para Transpo should contact OC Transpo as soon as possible to validate their access.
