City of Ottawa officials have confirmed the pedestrian bridge over the Rideau River connecting Vincent Massey Park to Carleton University is set to open on Saturday, June 15, 2024.
The date was made public at a joint meeting of the Transit Commission and the Light Rail Sub-Committee on Friday, May 31, 2024.
Officials also said the earliest the O-Train could be running is mid-August, pending required testing.
