Update 2: 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, September 12, 2023
The washrooms in the lower level of Azrieli Theatre have reopened. Hot water has been reinstated in Azrieli Pavilion, however, will remain off in Tory Building and Azrieli Theatre until early next week. Parts needed to complete the repair are on order and expected to arrive early next week.
Further updates will be provided as new information becomes available.

Update 1: 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, September 12, 2023
At 8:00 a.m. this morning, Tuesday, September 12, Facilities Management and Planning (FMP) had to do an emergency shut down of the domestic hot water in Tory Building, Azrieli Theatre and Azrieli Pavilion due to issues with the steam lines. Additionally, the washrooms on the lower level of the Azrieli Theatre have been temporarily closed for safety reasons.
Crews are investigating, and updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
