ITS support teams worked to resolve issues with user access to several services. Please see list below for services affected and current status:

  • Enriched Support Program (ESP) registration forms – resolved
  • Carleton Office for Research Initiatives and Services (CORIS) applications – resolved
  • Display of user groups on website dashboards- resolved
  • CU Mobile app – pending vendor support
