#CUriousAbout Campaign
Equity and Inclusive Communities (EIC) is so excited to bring back the #CUriousAbout Campaign for the 2022 fall term! Events will be both in-person and virtually so students can engage in a way that feels most comfortable for them.
Most instances of sexual violence occur within the first eight weeks of school. Over the next few weeks, we want to have open conversations about sexual violence, consent, support and self-care throughout our campaign. EIC will also highlight resources and supports that are available on campus.
EIC will be hosting events in partnership with offices across campus and organizations across Ottawa – visit the Equity and Inclusive Communities events page for more details!
CU SASC CHAT
Reach out to Carleton University Sexual Assault Support Centre’s web/text service, CU SASC CHAT, for support with anything that helps to create a culture of consent on campus, from relationships to experience with sexual violence (in the near or distant past). You can also get current info about related services and resources in the community and on campus, including all of the services and programming provided by Equity and Inclusive Communities! Chat sessions are encrypted, anonymous, and all messages are deleted afterwards.
Please visit the CU SASC CHAT webpage to get more info and to start a text or chat session.
We believe you.
