Summary
The Centretown Community Health Centre LGBTQ+ & Trans Health Program offers hormone initiation, surgical referrals, counselling, and Gender Journeys groups. This program is available to individuals who are 17 years of age and older and residing in Ottawa and the Champlain Region.
