Service Summary

The Academic Advising Centre (AAC) offers year-round advising service to undergraduate and Special students to help you understand your Academic Audit, get advice on changing programs or adding elements. If you are experience academic difficulties you may wish to speak to an advisor.

You can connect with an advisor in person from 8:30 a.m.-to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, or remotely, via email, virtual appointment or phone call. If you choose to email our office, please include your student number and a brief description of what you would like to discuss. If you would like to request a phone or virtual appointment, make sure to include that request in your email. Our email address is academicadvising@carleton.ca.
