Gentle Evening Yoga

Through a sequence of poses and gentle movements, this class will help you to find your centre, connect with your body and breath by allowing your breath to guide the movement of the body, releasing any tension or tightness in the body and the mind.  By the end of each class, you will be able to unwind from a hectic day, feeling relaxed, calm and ready for a good night sleep!

Cize Live

Join Karina for a heart pumping physical activity that’s so much fun it doesn’t feel like exercise. You’ll let go of inhibition, boost your confidence, sing, laugh, and dance! Each class features a music video routine that has been professionally choreographed to a popular hit song. Be sure to wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement. Wear running shoes for the class, and prepare to sweat!

Spin 101

By combining a variety of challenging rides, from sprints, intervals, hills, and more, this great cardiovascular workout also strengthens and tones your leg muscles. While this is a beginner’s class, experienced riders are also welcome. You can work at your own pace since you control the tension/resistance on your bike.

Zumba

Zumba is a fusion of Latin/International music and dance themes that are used to create a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness system. The routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms to tone and sculpt the body. ‘Zumba’ is derived from a Colombian word meaning to ‘move fast and have fun’. Come and join the Latin Zumba party and put some spice in your workout!

Cardio Strength Fusion

Exercise has many perks and you want them all! Flat abs, toned arms, a tight tush plus a burst of endorphin-fueled energy. Cardio/Strength Fusion delivers all of those benefits. This fresh mash-up not only challenges your muscles in new-ways with the use of weights and body bars but also keeps you motivated by spicing up the been-there-done-that routines!
