Academic motivation ebbs and flows. As a result, we may need to employ different strategies at different phases of our lives and academic journeys. This one-hour interactive webinar will introduce you to some of the different types of motivation, as well as some approaches to help you self-regulate. You will also learn about effective strategies that you can use to build, maintain, and mobilize your academic motivation at any point throughout your academic career.
