Update #3: Tues. Aug. 18, 2026 at 3:30 p.m.

One lane of Campus Ave. between University Dr. and Library Rd. has reopened, allowing vehicles to travel through the area again. This is the final update after the watermain break last week. Thank you for your patience and understanding as crews completed the repair.

The Campus Ave. Watermain Replacement project continues, and workers will be onsite between 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. during business days.

Update #2: Fri. Aug. 14, 2026 at 4:00 p.m.

Campus Ave. remains closed to vehicle traffic between University Dr. and Library Rd. The closure is expected to remain in place until Wed. Aug. 19, 2026.

Pedestrian access along Campus Ave. remains open. Please follow all signage and directions from flag persons while in the area.

Update #2: Thurs. Aug. 13, 2026 at 3:30 p.m.

Campus Ave. is expected to remain closed to vehicle traffic between University Dr. and Library Rd. until the end of the day on Fri. Aug. 14, 2026.

Pedestrian access is not affected at this time; however, please follow all signage and direction from flag persons while in the area.

Update #1: Thurs. Aug. 13, 2026 at 11:30 a.m.

Due to an unexpected watermain break outside Renfrew House, Campus Ave. is now fully closed to vehicle traffic, except for delivery vehicles en route to Teraanga Commons. The closure is expected to be in place for the remainder of the day.

Pedestrian access is not affected at this time; however, please follow all signage and direction from flag persons while in the area.
