The applications for the First-Year Connections (FYC) Peer Mentor Program for fall 2026 are now open!

This is a great opportunity for upper-year students to support incoming first-year students as they transition to Carleton, while also building valuable leadership and mentorship skills in a paid role.

As an FYC Peer Mentor, you will be paired with first-year students to provide guidance, share resources, and help them get connected during their first weeks on campus. Training will take place virtually during the week of August 24, 2026.

To apply, complete the application form and submit your personal statement explaining why you would like to be a mentor by Fri. July 17, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.
