Books Before Bets is a peer-led, interactive workshop designed to provide gambling awareness and education for post-secondary students. Whether you’re already familiar with gambling or want a clearer understanding of what it is and its impact, all students are welcome. You will develop a better understanding of what gambling is, recognize potential gambling-related harms and learn practical strategies to reduce risk and harm. There will also be a prize along with giveaways for those who attend.
