If you’re interested in psychology and would like to be a part of a book club, join the Reading for Well-Being Community Book Club!

This digital book club is run by Dr. Joanna Pozzulo, a faculty member in the department of psychology as well as the Director of the Mental Health and Well-Being Research and Training Hub (MeWeRTH). Each month she chooses evidence-based books for well-being and personal growth. Members receive will receive a monthly newsletter with her book pick, review and a link to post comments about the book, if they want.
