DESCRIPTION:<p>Join in on an empowering, community-centered session led by Ro Nwosu (she/her) and Jo Maisonneuve (she/her), designed to help participants build confidence, strength and connection through intentional movement and practical self-defense techniques.</p>
<p>This event is open to students who identify as Black women and Black non-binary people.</p>
<p>This session creates space for grounding, self-awareness and collective care in a supportive environment.<br />
