<p>Carleton Health Services is offering an influenza and COVID vaccination clinic in the Carleton Technology and Training Center, Suite 4100. The clinic is open to Carleton students, staff, faculty and contract staff.</p>

<p>Appointments can be booked online by selecting “flu vaccine” or “COVID and flu vaccine” using the <a href=\"https://thconnect.telushealth.com/login/landing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Telus Health Connect website</a> or the <a href=\"https://thconnect.telushealth.com/mobile-app-information/xz6lzGrv\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https://thconnect.telushealth.com/mobile-app-information/xz6lzGrv\">Telus Health Connect app</a>. Please complete the consent forms in the health questionnaire sent at booking.</p>
