DESCRIPTION:<p>Prepare for the Winter Career &amp; Networking Fair on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, by exploring two main concepts that can contribute to your career success: Preparing for job interviews and connecting with professionals using informational interviews.</p>
<p>In the lead up to the fair, discover interview strategies that will assist you in pursuing full-time, part-time and co-op roles, or post-graduation jobs. During this workshop with Career Services, you will learn about:</p>
<p>Job Interviews:</p>
<ul>
<li>Purpose of an interview</li>
<li>Interview questions and formats</li>
<li>Interview preparation strategies</li>
<li>Things to remember during an interview</li>
<li>Interview follow-up</li>
</ul>
<p>Informational Interviews:</p>
<ul>
<li>Informational interviews as a networking tool (and how they differ from regular interviews)</li>
<li>Types of questions to ask during an informational interview</li>
<li>Approaching professionals and setting up an informational interview</li>
</ul>
