Carleton University is hosting Italy’s Minister for Disabilities, Alessandra Locatelli, alongside the Ambassador to Canada, HE Alessandro Cattaneo, for an official visit to Canada on Mon. Sept. 28, 2026. The Honourable Minister Patty Hajdu will lead Canada’s delegation in attendance.

Interested students can register and attend the morning event, which will include refreshments, ministerial keynotes and a panel discussion on Canada-Italy collaboration on disability inclusion.

This event takes place on Mon. Sept. 28, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the Richcraft Hall atrium.
