Need help planning your timetable or registering for courses?

The Student Registration Assistance (SRA) team is available at the Registrar’s Office on the third floor of Tory Building, via phone at 613-520-3500 or email at registrar@carleton.ca until Tues. Sept. 22, 2026.

The SRA can help you with:

  • General registration assistance
  • First-year course selection
  • Building a conflict-free timetable
  • Carleton Central navigation, features and support
  • Providing elective options
  • Referrals to other campus services

The team is available Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. until registration closes on Tues. Sept. 22, 2026.

Registration for the fall/winter 2026-2027 terms begins on:

  • Mon. July 6, 2026 for new first year students based on pre-assigned timetickets.
  • Fri. July 10, 2026 for returning students based on pre-assigned timetickets.
