Special weather statement: freezing rain & rain on Tues. March 31 View weather updates

Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement for Ottawa for freezing rain and rain expected on Tues. March 31, 2026.

An extended period of freezing rain or freezing drizzle is expected, along with possible rain amounts in the 20-40mm range.

Students, faculty and staff are encouraged to continue to monitor the Current Students weather page for updates.

The university remains open and operations are running as scheduled.

Please exercise caution when traveling to and commuting on campus.
