The Student Experience Office is now hiring Student Orientation Coordinators to develop Fall Orientation 2026!

These are paid positions for students with excellent communication, interpersonal, group process and problem-solving skills who are passionate about welcoming Ravens to Carleton University. Part-time hours are available through the winter term before the position transitions to full-time hours throughout the summer.

Fall Orientation is a weeklong program of activities designed to facilitate students’ integration into the Carleton University community. Fall Orientation is one of the first opportunities where students interact with their peers, Carleton’s staff and faculty; thus, it is a program central to students’ transition to university. The Student Orientation Coordinators are integral to the successful implementation of the Fall Orientation program through developing a week of exciting and interactive events while collaborating with campus partners.
