In STEM’s high-pressure environments, challenge and comparison can spark self-doubt. In this interactive keynote-workshop titled “ICONIC Resilience: Rising Strong”, participants will identify their leadership identity, understand how the imposter complex shows up in STEM and build a personalized “resilience reflex” they can use in interviews, teamwork, academic transitions and beyond.
