When to Expect Your Final Grades

Final grades for courses will appear in Carleton360 and Carleton Mobile once they have been submitted by your instructor and approved by the chair and dean of the faculty administering the course. This means not all your final grades will become available at the same time. Instructors have 10 calendar days following the date of the final exam, take-home examination due date, or last day of classes (if there is no final exam) to submit final grades for approval. Once submitted for approval, please allow for a couple additional calendar days for the grades to be approved by the chair and dean.

Note: if you have any outstanding fees owing for the fall 2025 term, you will not be able to view your final grades for the term. Final grades will remain unavailable to view until any balances owing have been settled with the Student Accounts Receivable office. Once payment is received and processed, the applicable holds will be lifted, and you will be able to view your grades.
