Influenza and COVID-19 Vaccination Clinics

Carleton Health Services is offering influenza and COVID-19 vaccination clinics on:

• Tuesday, November 11, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. to noon
• Tuesday, November 18, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. to noon

Clinics are in the in Carleton Technology and Training Centre (CTTC) suite 4100. The clinic is open to Carleton students, staff, faculty and contract staff.

Appointments are available to book using the Collaborative Health Record (CHR) Connect app or the CHR Connect website. 

Please select the presenting issue of “COVID Vaccine,” “Flu Vaccine” or “COVID and Flu Vaccine.”

You must complete your consent forms in the health questionnaire sent to you at the time of booking.

Please note: vaccination appointments are also available at community clinics and local pharmacies regardless of citizenship or immigration status, even if you do not have an Ontario health card.
