Intermittent Issue: Multi-Factor Authentication

ITS is investigating multiple reports of intermittent issues affecting multi-factor authentication (MFA) and access to resources. ITS support teams are aware and are monitoring reports from Microsoft related to an Azure services alert. The statement from Microsoft indicates there is a network connectivity issue impacting resources throughout Canada and they are taking steps to resolve.
