CANTEACH is an educational agency that promotes teacher education program options abroad in New Zealand, Scotland and Wales. At this info booth, CANTEACH Director Mike Johnson will be presenting information about one-year programs that allow you to attend a teacher education program abroad and become a certified teacher in Ontario. (Many Carleton students have attended a teacher education program abroad with CANTEACH and all CANTEACH students get fully certified in Ontario.) Teacher education programs abroad have immense experiences to offer including travel, culture, new curriculum and world-class teacher training programs. If you can’t attend the in-person info booth, but are interested in learning more, CANTEACH will be hosting a virtual information session on Thursday, March 20, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. on Zoom.
