To enhance the security of the Carleton University community, students, faculty and staff must enrol in Microsoft multi-factor authentication (MFA). All students have been sent a prompt to set up MFA when they attempt to log into Microsoft 365 services using their MyCarletonOne password.
If you have not yet logged into your cMail or Microsoft account using your MC1, please do so as soon as possible.
If you do not enrol in MFA, your account access will be disabled to protect the university’s IT system security beginning Monday, February 24, 2025.
