The Fall Career & Networking Fair Will Host 60+ Employers: Here’s What You Need to...

Fall Career & Networking Fair

Are you job searching or exploring your career options? Carleton students and new grads are invited to attend the in-person Fall Career & Networking Fair on Wednesday, October 9, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., which offers you the chance to get to connect with more than 60 employers from a range of industries! Employers will continue to be added in the lead up to the event.

At the Fall Career & Networking Fair, you can:

  • Establish and grow your professional network by making contacts for the future
  • Explore full-time, part-time and co-op opportunities from hiring employers
  • Learn about upcoming or future employment opportunities from networking employers
  • Discover a range of organizations—small, medium, and large—to see if you would be a good fit
  • Practice your networking skills
  • Meet with a variety of employers in one location to maximize your time

New this year: many employers will encourage students to apply to employment opportunities through the mySuccess job board or their organizations’ job portals. At the Career & Networking Fair, you can drop by the Resume Review Station for a short on-the-spot resume check-up to make sure you’re submitting a strong application. It is encouraged to have a paper copy on hand for the review.

Prepare for the Fair

In advance of the Career & Networking Fair, students are encouraged to attend the Prepare for the Fair events:
