Carleton University is supporting the mental health and wellness of our students with the launch of the Wellness Services Navigator. The Wellness Services Navigator provides Carleton students with a curated list of mental health and wellness resources.
To begin using the Wellness Services Navigator you will answer a series of questions about how you feel, specific concerns, and options to describe your circumstances. The navigator suggests on- and off-campus resources tailored to you based on your answers.
The Wellness Services Navigator tool is not designed for urgent or crisis support. If you are worried about harm to yourself or others in any way, please contact one of the emergency supports available on the Health and Counselling Services website.
Activity within this tool, including responses to questions, is anonymous and not monitored.
