Commemorate White Ribbon Day with the Carleton Community

The December 6, 1989 Montreal massacre of 14 women shook Canada to its core. Every year, the Carleton community commemorates the anniversary of the massacre, known as the National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women or White Ribbon Day, through various commitments. This year, the Faculty of Engineering and Design has created a commemorative video to honour the women and calls upon the Carleton community to stand against gender-based violence.
