Carleton is offering virtual KORU Mindfulness workshops. This series offers skills in mindfulness and meditation. Beyond simply decreasing your stress, this course offers approaches and skills to help you find more satisfaction in your daily life.
The course, consisting of four sessions, is designed to help you learn mindfulness through the practice of specific skills that calm and focus your mind and through the practice of meditation. If you are feeling pressured and stressed, or if you are simply interested in learning a new skill that can enrich your life, these classes are for you. Beginners and experienced meditators welcome!
Course A will occur every Thursday in November 2021 (November 4, November 11, November 18 and November 25), from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Please note this is a four-week commitment.
Registration for the four-session series is available on Carleton’s Wellness website. Workshops will be offered through Zoom. Once you register, you will receive further information by email. A web link to the virtual session will be provided the day of the session.
More information is available at the KORU Mindfulness website.
