Update 2: July 13, 2021 at 4:15 p.m.
The water main repairs are complete following a water main break yesterday near the Minto CASE building. Campus Avenue is open and reduced to one lane of traffic only in the affected area between University Drive and Library Road. This section is being prepared for paving. Until paving repairs are complete, the road will continue to be reduced to one lane of traffic.
OC Transpo will resume normal routes on Campus Avenue beginning 7 a.m. on Wednesday, July 14.
Update 1: July 12, 2021 at 9:00 p.m.
Repairs are ongoing following a water main break early this morning near the Minto CASE building.
Campus Ave. will reopen Tuesday morning with temporary lane reductions. These lane reductions will be in place on Campus Ave. between University Dr. (coming in from the Bronson Ave. entrance) and to Library Road. There will be delays on Campus Ave in this area as crews work to repair the water main, as they will periodically need to block the full roadway.
OC Transpo buses continue to be rerouted to University Drive.
Please continue to avoid the area if possible. An update will be provided as further details are known.

The following road closures are temporarily in place due to a water main break early this morning near the Minto CASE building:
- Campus Avenue is closed at University Drive (coming in from the Bronson Avenue entrance) through to Library Road.
OC Transpo buses have been rerouted to University Drive.
If you are coming to campus today, please avoid the area as crews are working to resolve it. An update will be provided as further details are known.
