Carleton’s Health and Counselling Services remains open virtually, and continues to offer free and confidential support. Carleton Wellness and CUSA also provide other means of virtual counselling, such as Good2Talk, TAO Self-Help and Empower Me Counselling Services. Empower Me collaborates with existing on-campus student mental health services to ensure students receive the right care for them. This “team” approach allows students to choose from a variety of resources on and off campus.
It’s okay to be feeling overwhelmed and anxious in these unprecedented times, but continue to check in on yourself and your mental health! Make sure you are staying hydrated and continuing to prioritize your health.
