Self-quarantine can be isolating. Working from home can be hard. It’s unsettling to be out of the normal routine. All the recent major changes have been overwhelming. In the wake of the significant challenges presented to us by COVID-19, the Paul Menton Centre (PMC) is hosting weekly virtual support meetings where students can meet in a small group to discuss:
- Tips for managing social distancing
- Helpful university/community resources
- How to survive/thrive in quarantine
- What has/has not worked for individuals
- How to deal with these new challenges
Join at any time and participate as you wish.
To register for one or more meetings, please fill out the form on PMC’s event listing page. Instructions on how to access the meetings using Zoom will be provided upon registration.
