The Paul Menton Centre (PMC) and The Peace Room invite you to attend guided meditation sessions Mondays from February 10 to April 6, 2020, at the Carleton University Art Gallery (CUAG). Visit Dozer the Therapy Dog from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and stay for a 45 minute guided meditation, 12:45 to 1:30 p.m.
Each week there will be a different co-facilitator—a meditation teacher, sound healer, artist or yogi from the Ottawa community! Carleton endeavours to provide a safe, accessible and immersive experience for all participants.
What to Bring:
- Your busy mind
- Water bottle
- Optional: yoga mat, block or pillow
