Alternative Spring Break (ASB) applications are open!
ASB is a year-long experiential learning program run through Carleton’s Student Experience Office (SEO) that concludes with a week-long trip during the February reading break each year.
In February 2020, students will travel to five different destinations in the United States, Costa Rica and Guatemala. Each trip is focused on a specific theme, including colonialism, emerging markets, environmental sustainability and immigration.
ASB gives students an opportunity to extend their learning outside of the classroom and gain real-life experience working with and learning from people in their partner communities.
The application deadline has been extended to Saturday, October 26, 2019, at 11:59 p.m. Apply now!
For more information and to begin your application, please visit the SEO page for ASB!
