All Carleton undergraduate students will continue to have access to professional counselling services in the community through Empower Me during the summer!
This free service is accessible to students 24/7, 365 days a year from anywhere in North America.
Empower Me allows Carleton students to connect with qualified counsellors, consultants and life coaches for a variety of issues. Sessions are delivered in person, by telephone, by video-counselling, or by e-counselling. Though Empower Me counsellors are qualified to support students in crisis, you don’t need to be in crisis in order to take advantage of the service – no issue is too big or too small.
Services are confidential, multilingual, culturally sensitive and gender and faith inclusive.
For more info visit the CUSA website or call 1-844-741-6389 (toll free) to be connected to a mental health professional.
