KORU Mindfulness sessions are back this spring! Sessions will take place on Tuesdays and classes will run on a weekly basis for four weeks. Sessions start on Tuesday, May 21, 2019, and run from 12:00pm to 1:15pm in Tory Building.
This course will teach skills in mindfulness and meditation. Beyond simply decreasing stress, these classes will also offer valuable habits and approaches to incorporate into everyday routines and finding more satisfaction in daily life. Beginner and experienced meditators are welcome.
