In 2019, Carleton will once again be taking part in the National College Health Assessment Web survey, a survey sponsored and distributed by the American College Health Association (ACHA).
Students will be selected to participate in the survey at random. If you are one of the students selected, and if you elect to participate in the survey, you will automatically be entered into a draw for 1 of 10 gifts of $150 put onto your campus card. Check your email on January 28, 2019 to see if you’ve been selected.
We will be one of more than 30 universities across Canada participating in this survey this winter. The results will provide us with a more detailed understanding of the current status of overall student mental and physical health on campus and provide information that will guide programming and resources for Carleton University students.
Every effort will be made to ensure that responses are kept completely confidential. At no point will any member of the ACHA or Carleton University attempt to identify an individual’s responses.
You can contact the Assistant Director of Health & Counselling Services, Bonnie Stephanson, if you have questions or concerns about the survey.
