To All Members of the Carleton Community,
A renewed collective agreement between Carleton University and CUPE Local 3778 has been ratified by the Board of Governors and by CUPE 3778 members.
The three-year collective agreement for the period April 1, 2018 to March 31, 2021 provides a 5.5 per-cent increase over the life of the agreement plus a two per cent market-based adjustment.
CUPE Local 3778 represents approximately 10 stationary engineers in the Central Heating Plant unit in Facilities Management and Planning.
We wish to thank all the members of both bargaining teams for their work throughout this important process.
